This is our passion project. As a company, we started buying the odd cask of whisky back in 2007 and released our first bottling in 2017. To date (2024) we have still only bottled 6 casks, so we are averaging around one a year. We will only release it if, and when, we think it is good enough!
Each one is from a single barrel so is likely to contain anything from 150 to 600 bottles, depending on the size of barrel, age etc. Super limited, when they are gone they will never be seen again.
We use a different artist to create the label for each bottling.
Each Bramble Whisky Co release is bottled at what we deem to be the best ABV for that particular expression
