We ferment sugar cane molasses, using both rum and champagne yeasts to produce Sea Wolf, Scotland’s first White Rum. This unique rum offers notes of unripe banana, sugarcane and cereal alongside a smooth, creamy texture.
This rum was engineered to make the perfect daiquiri. We also recommend trying it long with (Fever Tree) Tonic as an alternative to a G&T.
