We ferment cane molasses at a low temperature, using both rum and champagne yeasts to produce Sea Wolf, Scotland’s first White Rum. This unique rum offers notes of unripe banana, sugarcane and cereal alongside a smooth, creamy texture.

This rum was engineered to make the perfect daiquiri. We also recommend trying it long with (Fever Tree) Tonic as an alternative to a G&T.

We collaborated with iconic local soft drinks producer Bon Accord to create a soda specifically to go with our rum, Salted Pink Grapefruit soda:
