Made with caraway seeds, fennel and cumin, Kümmel is a traditional liqueur dating back to the 16th century in Holland. The combination of flavours bring a vegetal, spiced, sweet yet savoury profile to this liqueur, a very interesting element to add to cocktails.
Use as an ingredient in cocktails, or with soda.
